Senior Change Manager - Harvey Nash HNIT Job Search Details ...

My client is a large Financial organisation based in the centre of Birmingham. They are going through a large significant Business & Culture Change and Improvement Programme across the Group in multiple locations, so require a proven, highly credible Senior Change Manager to join the team and support the Excutive Management function.

We are looking for significant, proven, complex Business Change Management experience; with functional knowledge of Operations; project lifecycle planning and delivery; a track record of benefits delivery and experience of managing and controlling costs to a budget.

You must have strong People Management experience and you will have experience of delivering through these people. You will be able to motivate, lead, discuss, encourage and delegate effectively. You will be able to effectively manage risks, issues, plan for major problems, communicate at all levels and be the owner of multiple workstreams.

This whole programme is one of the most highly visible programmes in the UK at this time, therefore you must be used to acting extremely professionally, in a large multi million / billion pound environment. You will be a complete self starter and will be able to take responsibility. You will have strategic awareness and strong senior Stakeholder management skills.

This is genuinely an outstanding opportunity if you are serious about your career. These roles are based in central Birmingham and offer a total package of up to ?80,000 - ?90,000.
